Bench Crown Capping Machine

Robust, easy to use bench capper that easily adjusts to different bottle sizes by just pulling the spring-mounted lever. Can be screwed/bolted to the work surface. For both standard 26mm and also the 29mm “champagne” caps.

Available in different colours.

Using the capper

Simple place a crown cap on the metal capper head, the magnet will hold the cap in place. Bring the lever down until the cap is on the bottle, then pull the handle down so that the metal capping head goes over the bottle top. This will bend and seal the crown cap over the bottle.

Crown Caps

The standard size crown caps to use are 26mm. Always make sure that the crown cap used have an oxygen scavenging liner to keep your drinks fresher for longer. All our crown caps are 26mm and have an oxygen scavenging liner and are available in many different colours so that you can colour code your batches. There is even a Union Jack design.

Head Sizes

This Bench Crown Capper has 2 interchangeable heads for sealing the caps – the standard 26mm and a 29mm for the “Champagne” style caps. Just unscrew the head to change it.

Bottle Size

The height of the lever can easily and quickly be adjusted to suit any bottle height. A simple locking method will keep the height locked so that you can bottle your beer quickly and easily. Pull the pin at the front of the capper, then slide the head up or down to the required height then release the pin to lock it in place.

Securing

Although the capper is free-standing, you can also screw or bolt this to a bench for extra stability.
