This tap has a vertical lever flip top action, it can be pressed down or pulled up and locked open. What kegs does the tap fit?

This tap will fit any keg that allows you to connect a back nut to secure the tap. You will need to get your hand inside the keg to fit the tap. Suitable kegs are the King Keg Bottom Tap and King Keg Top Tap barrels.

Can you fit a float to the tap?

Yes. At the back of the tap is a barbed connector that the float tube pushes directly on. You do not need the float connector for the tap.
