Pinot Grigio, also known as Grauburgunder is a white grape variety of the species Vitis vinifera. Thought to be a mutant clone of the Pinot Noir variety. Pinot Grigio is a zesty white wine that is as refreshing as a cold glass of lemonade on a hot summer’s day. It is the second most popular white wine in America, Pinot Grigio is a dry white wine that has a punchy acidity with flavours of lemons, limes, green apples and honeysuckle.

On The House Wine Kits

On The House is a range of premium quality craft winemaking kits that requires no added sugar (all of the sugar content is contained within the grape juice). These kits are easy to make and even easier to enjoy. Everything you need to make this wine is included with the kit (except water). The wine can be drunk young, but unlike some 3-week wine kits, it will continue to mature if you are patient. This kit will produce around 30 bottles (5 gallon – 22.5 litres) of delicious wine. Simple and straightforward, choose your favourite red, white or blush style and be proud of these easy-drinking everyday house wines.
