SG Wines Gold Sauvignon Blanc – 30 Bottle

Sauvignon Blanc produces a wine with light grass and tropical fruit aromas. Sauvignon Blanc is a highly popular dry white wine made from the Sauvignon Blanc grape which originates from Bordeaux, France. This wine is “crisp, elegant, and fresh”, as described by various wine experts, and gives grassy aromas. This wine is best served chilled and goes well with  fish or cheese, particularly chèvre. It is also known as one of the few wines that can pair well with sushi.

This kit produces 22.5 litres (30 bottles equivalent) of delicious, refreshing sauvignon blanc wine in just 7 days.

Start the fermentation on day 1, it’s finished by day 5, and cleared, ready to drink by day 7. These kits are designed to be made as fast as possible, and given the correct temperature to ferment, will be ready to drink within 1 week of making them.

Although it takes around 1 week to finish, we highly recommend leaving this wine for as long as possible for further maturation and to release its more complex flavours and to deepen them further.

ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

Included in the kit is a container of concentrated grape juice and sachets of yeast, stabiliser, finings and addback flavours – this improves taste & bouquet. You will need to add additional sugar (approx. 3.5Kg) and also add water.
