SG Wines (Solomon Grundy) Gold Shiraz – 30 Bottle Kit

Shiraz produces a wine with a bold spicy red wine with deep purple colour flavours of blackberry and plum, with a hint of dark chocolate and black pepper.

This kit produces 22.5 litres (30 bottles equivalent) of delicious, refreshing wine in just 7 days.

Start the fermentation on day 1, it’s finished by day 5, and cleared, ready to drink by day 7. These kits are designed to be made as fast as possible, and given the correct temperature to ferment, will be ready to drink within 1 week of making them.

Although it takes around 1 week to finish, we highly recommend leaving this wine for as long as possible for further maturation and to release its more complex flavours and to deepen them further.

ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

Included in the kit is a container of concentrated grape juice and sachets of yeast, stabiliser, finings and addback flavours – this improves taste & bouquet. You will need to add additional sugar (approx. 3.5Kg) and also add water.
