Solomon Grundy Strawberry – 6 Bottle

Description

This strawberry wine is a fresh fruity wine, perfect for the summer time, or whenever you fancy it!

This kit produces 1 gallon (6 bottles equivalent) of delicious strawberry wine in just 7 days.

Start the fermentation on day 1, it’s finished by day 5, and cleared, ready to drink by day 7. These kits are designed to be made as fast as possible, and given the correct temperature to ferment, will be ready to drink within 1 week of making them.

Although it takes around week to finish, we highly recommend leaving this wine for as long as possible for further maturation and to release its more complex flavours and to deepen them further.

Included in the kit is a container of concentrated grape juice and sachets of yeast, stabiliser, finings and addback flavours – this improves taste & bouquet. You will need to add additional sugar (approx. 3.5Kg) and also add water.
