Still Spirits Pink Grapefruit Gin makes a dry gin style with juniper and spice. Balanced by a citrus fusion of pink grapefruit, orange and lime.

The closest commercial equivalent would be Whitley Neill Pink Grapefruit Gin.

BOTTLE SIZE:

This is a 50ml bottle and will flavour 2.25 litres, which is 3 x 750ml standard bottles. There are 3 markings on the side of the bottle so that it is easily measured into a 750ml bottle.

HOW TO USE THE FLAVOUR:

You can either add all the bottle to 2.25 litres of spirit, or you can use the guide on the side of the label to measure out the correct dose of flavour for a 750ml bottle. If you do not use all the contents, simply replace the screw on lid and store the bottle for future use.

WHAT TYPE OF SPIRIT TO USE.

The best spirit to flavour will be a neutral one, like vodka. A higher quality vodka will not have the same harshness as a cheaper vodka. Alternatively, you can make your own neutral spirit to flavour – this will certainly be the cheapest option and also the most rewarding.

You will also need either a Still to distil your alcohol from a spirit wash (highly recommended), or you will need a high alcohol kit, which can both be found in the ‘Spirits’ section of our website.
