Under UK Law, goods sold remain the property of Dark Rock Brewing until paid for in full.
When confirmation of the order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order and does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We may refuse to fulfil your order if credit card fraud is suspected.
We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we dispatch your goods.
If Your Order Cannot Be Fulfilled
We try to keep all stock information on the website up to date, however, there are times when items become unavailable through circumstances outside our control. If this occurs, we will notify you by email of the expected delivery date or offer a suitable alternative.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
The prices on this site are priced in £ sterling and include VAT where applicable.
If, in the unlikely event we have made a mistake in our pricing, or are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason we will contact you to let you know. We reserve the right to refuse your order (or partial order) should you choose not to accept the correct price or an alternative item.
